Sanam Chaudhry Refuses To Take PRs, Says Doesn’t Want To Promote Evil

Former actress Sanam Chaudhry has avowed to not envoke ‘fitna’ (evil) of desire in her followers through PRs. Sanam, who recently bid adieu to the showbiz industry, said that she is no longer part of ‘fitna-evoking’ advertising campaigns.

Doll-faced Sanam Chaudhry has been a well-known face on television and has lived a fair share of showbiz’s glamorous life. Last month, she announced to leave the industry and reverted to Islam.

After her decision to follow the religious path, Sanam deleted all of her Instagram images, except for a couple from her Nikkah ceremony. She also changed her Instagram bio from actress to “A muslim, a mother, and learning Islam, the deen of our creator Allah.”

Recently, Sanam posted a series of stories on Instagram in which she requested PR firms to not send her any packages for promotions as she doesn’t want to promote worldly desires in one’s heart.

“To dear PR companies I shall not be taking PR’s from now on. As I understand that I am promoting Fitna like any desire of buying things in anyone’s heart, who cannot afford I don’t want to disturb any mind or promote worldly desires in one’s heart. As I am helping myself coming out of this,” Sanam wrote.

The former actress also made it clear that from now on people should only come to her profile to learn Islam as learning Islam is the sole purpose of her life now.

“I promised myself to leave the worldly desires for Allah. How can I as a Muslim want my brother or sister to be in the situation I don’t want to be in,” the actress explained her decision of not taking sponsors.

After clearing her position on product reviews and subsequent evil of desire, Sanam continued to apologize to the brands.

“I am sorry to all the PR companies I am committed already please don’t send as I won’t be promoting,” Sanam wrote.
