Attention Alert: Pakistani Celebs Need to Raise Their Voice For Noor Mukadam

July 20, 2021, was the day when 27-year-old Noor Mukadam, the daughter of a former Pakistani diplomat, was brutally butchered in the F-7 sector of Islamabad. Her body was recovered from the house of her murderer, Zahir Jaffar, along with the murder weapon.

Since then, the case has been under the radar of both national and international media. However, some renowned celebrities who are very vocal on social issues, are not as active on the matter as they should be.

For instance, Armina Khan, who remains quite active on the internet and leaves no social issue unmarked with her opinion has surprisingly kept quiet on the issue.

While the Pakistani diaspora in the United States and other parts of the world is eagerly following the case and writing letters to the prime minister in support of the deceased, several Pakistani stars, i.e., Shan, Humayon Saeed, and others are yet to play their part in keeping the matter from dying down.

In this regard, The Blind Side has started a campaign backed by Overseas Pakistanis for Noor Mukadam. So far, we have received copies of numerous letters that were sent to the premier via the Pakistan Citizen Portal from the Pakistanis in the US. Some of the letters were published last week, while others are being posted here.
