PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar has welcomed the Supreme Court’s order regarding Imran Khan’s transfer to Shifa International Hospital and urged party leaders and workers to thank Allah and not gather outside the hospital.
Gohar said he hoped the court’s decision would be implemented, adding that “four years are enough” and that the political “cat-and-mouse game” should end.
He said the government should move forward by implementing the court’s initial order and choose dialogue over shortcuts to resolve political differences.
Dialogue Needed to Lower Political Tensions
Gohar called for political disputes to be resolved through dialogue and urged all sides to avoid statements that could further increase political tensions.
He also said “the Army is ours” and maintained that KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi should not have made remarks about military cantonments.
