LONDON: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met President Asif Ali Zardari in London and delivered an important message during a one-on-one meeting, sources said.
The meeting lasted for around an hour, with the two leaders discussing key national and current political matters.
According to sources, Naqvi conveyed an important message to President Zardari during the meeting.
The president reiterated his position on various national issues, particularly the ongoing debate over the creation of new provinces.
Zardari stressed that all stakeholders must work together in the national interest, saying no issue can have a sustainable solution without national consensus.
President Asif Ali Zardari is currently in London and is expected to remain in the United Kingdom for two weeks.
