Barrister Gohar Says Constitutional Court Disappointed Public Over Imran Khan Treatment Case

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has said the Federal Constitutional Court disappointed the public by intervening in the matter concerning the medical treatment of PTI founder Imran Khan.

Speaking about the ongoing legal proceedings, Gohar said the Constitutional Court should not have intervened in the matter related to Imran Khan’s treatment.

He also said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi was leading a street movement on Imran Khan’s instructions.

Gohar said PTI’s planned long march would remain peaceful and would not block roads or create disorder. He urged the government not to shut down roads in response to the protest.

The PTI chairman said his party should be given permission to hold its march, arguing that the previous government had allowed protests on 14 occasions during PTI’s tenure.

Gohar reiterated that the party’s planned movement would remain peaceful and that PTI supporters would not create disruption.
