We are living in a society ,where women drivers are made fun of and are considered to be a disaster on the road, Salma Marwat Khan is setting a new benchmark but I would say this belief that women are less skilled drivers than men is also socially constructed. When parents bring kitchen sets for their daughters and cars for boys as toys when they are just 2-3 years old, the very first step towards internalizing this belief.

She is the winner of Sarfaranga Jeep Rally ( 2018) and Hub Rally (2019), Not only that she emerged as a victor in Indus Water Cross Rally (2019), but the most profound feather in her cap is Chakwal Rally (2019), where her speed and skill left everyone awestruck.
Salma is among the fastest racers of our country but guess what even for her this path was not easy initially because of her Pashtun roots her family was not supportive. She had to work really hard to opt this path and prove her worth but now she has all the praise and backing of her family.
Salma Khan is making us proud ,my prayers are with her. She can play the role of reference for our society as now we can quote her example in any debate questioning driving skills of women and we can answer them back by saying Have you not heard about Super Salma khan?
