ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will address the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly on Friday, September 25.
According to the latest provisional list and schedule issued by the United Nations, Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to speak in the afternoon of September 25, local time.
His address will be delivered during the high-level general debate of the UN General Assembly.
In Pakistan, the speech will take place during the night between September 25 and 26.
Speculation is also growing over a possible meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session.
Further details about the prime minister’s engagements in New York are expected to emerge closer to the visit.
