A scheduled meeting between the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and opposition leader Mahmood Khan Achakzai has been cancelled.
The meeting was scheduled for 11am today at the opposition leader’s chamber in Parliament House.
According to sources, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has called the party delegation to Zardari House for consultations on the planned meeting with the opposition.
The PPP delegation and Mahmood Achakzai have not yet reached Parliament House.
Sources said a decision on whether to meet the opposition leader will be taken after the PPP delegation’s meeting with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
